About Me
Tami Smith, MSN, FNP-C
Founder, New Horizons Pediatrics and Family Health
Tami is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience and a passion for helping families truly thrive. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, later working as an EMT and Registered Nurse before earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University Global.
At New Horizons Pediatrics and Family Health, Tami provides care across the lifespan with a special love for pediatrics. Her approach blends conventional medicine with functional and integrative strategies, focusing on identifying root causes and supporting long-term wellness for the whole family.
Outside of the clinic, she is a wife and homeschooling mother of three who enjoys spending time outdoors with her family
